Towards moving in and in conjunction with finalizing the construction S. E. BARINBAUM PROJECT MANAGEMENT LTD compiles a file with all relevant information and applies for the Completion Certificate.
This includes:
- Detailed report and follow up of all tasks needed for the Completion Certificate. Delegation of responsibilities.
- Immediate handling of all tasks according to responsibility areas.
- Attending to water corporation approval.
- Attending to local authority’s approval.
- Finalizing all necessary paperwork and requirements.
- After handing in all paperwork, coordinating and personally accompanying the municipal supervision inspection.
- Upon receiving the Completion Certificate, we finalize a permanent electricity supply
Handing over the project:
We have done it! We have completed the project and you live in your dream home.
Now comes the summary phase:
- Submitting the project portfolio which includes: plans, agreements, documentation files and all licensing permits.
- List of all contacts who participated in the project.
- Assisting in rectifying all initial snagging problems that may occur.
- Submitting the final financial report including comparison to the initial report.
