S. E. BARINBAUM PROJECT MANAGEMENT LTD was founded by Tomer Barinbaum in 2015.
Tomer, an architectural engineer, acquired his degree from Ruppin College. He graduated in the Construction Management and Supervision course on behalf of the Israel Construction Center. He is also a graduate of Advanced Methodologies in Project Management from the Technion, PMP, and a member of the PMI organization together with practical experience both in Israel and abroad.
Tomer is both the owner and head project manager of the company.
Tomer employs unique and efficient methods of working, paying great attention to detail together with a creative approach both technically and managerially.
The company was founded out of a true passion for the building and architecture industry with an emphasis on giving each project exclusive attention:

In conjunction with project management Tomer founded “NUMBERS”. An additional and unique field of operation. It provides a quantity surveying service by planning bill of quantities, determining technical specifications and creating detailed building costings.
All of the above gives the customer the right tools to have full control over their project.
